Welcome to Junk Zilla Junk Removal Services, LLC.

By booking our services, you agree to the following:

1. Service Scope

We provide junk removal, cleanout, and hauling services as requested by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse the removal of hazardous or prohibited materials (such as chemicals, paint, asbestos, etc.).

2. Pricing

All pricing is based on volume, labor, weight, and type of materials removed. Final quotes are provided onsite before service begins. Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise arranged.

3. Payment Methods

We accept cash, debit cards. Checks are accepted at our discretion.

4. Access and Safety

Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the removal area. We are not responsible for damages resulting from unsafe conditions, hidden obstacles, or customer-provided directions. .

5. Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

6. Property Condition:

While we take great care during removals, Junk Zilla is not liable for minor damage caused during the normal course of hauling heavy or bulky items. .

7. Donations & Disposal:

Whenever possible, we donate or recycle items. Final disposal is done responsibly according to local regulations.

8. Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for identifying any items that should not be removed. Once removed, items cannot be retrieved.

9. Agreement to Terms:

By using our services, you agree to these terms and any updates posted on our website.
